About American Janitorial
American Janitorial is an independently operated commercial cleaning company serving businesses and healthcare facilities throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
Built on a foundation of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail, our approach is simple: deliver dependable service, maintain high standards, and build lasting relationships with the clients who trust us with their facilities.
Our Story
American Janitorial was founded on the belief that exceptional service begins with personal accountability.
Before establishing the company, the founder spent seven years in law enforcement, where integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail were essential parts of the job.
After leaving law enforcement, he transitioned into the commercial cleaning industry, helping manage his father's independently operated janitorial business. That experience provided valuable insight into cleaning operations, quality control, customer relationships, and the importance of delivering consistent service.
Drawing on those experiences, he established American Janitorial as an independent company built around a straightforward philosophy: treat people fairly, take pride in the work, and earn every client's continued trust.
Today, those principles continue to guide how we operate and the relationships we build.
Our Values
At American Janitorial, our reputation is built on more than the appearance of a clean facility. It's built on the standards we maintain and the relationships we develop.
Integrity & Accountability : We believe in doing what's right, taking responsibility for our work, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Consistency & Attention to Detail : We strive to deliver dependable results through thorough cleaning practices, clear expectations, and ongoing quality control.
Respect for People : We believe employees deserve to be treated fairly, supported in their work, and recognized for the important role they play in delivering exceptional service.
Long-Term Relationships : We don't measure success simply by winning new contracts. We measure it by the trust we build and our ability to earn our clients' continued business.
Cleaning with Purpose
Our Commitment Goes Beyond Clean.
At American Janitorial, we believe a successful business should make a positive difference beyond the services it provides.
Inspired by the founder's background in law enforcement and personal connection to animal rescue, we're committed to supporting those who serve our communities and helping animals in need.
As our company grows, we hope to expand our ability to give back through meaningful partnerships and charitable initiatives supporting first responders and animal rescue organizations.
For us, building a successful company isn't just about the facilities we clean. It's also about the positive impact we can make along the way.
